1. Persönliche Entwicklung beginnt im Alltag
Die gute Nachricht zuerst: Du brauchst nicht bis zum Wochenende oder bis zum nächsten Urlaub zu warten, bis du dich um deinen inneren Zustand kümmern kannst. Du brauchst auch keine Zeitfenster dafür freizuschaufeln.
2. Spirituelles Wachstum ist kein Wochenendprojekt
Oft behandeln wir unsere persönliche Entwicklung als separate Aufgabe, die wir in unserer Freizeit angehen, aber tatsächlich präsentiert uns das tägliche Leben ständig Lektionen und spiegelt unsere inneren Überzeugungen wider.
3. Das Leben spiegelt deine inneren Überzeugungen
Jede unangenehme Situation eignet sich, um spirituelle Prinzipien konsequent anzuwenden, die Lektion zu lernen und dich weiterzuentwickeln, ohne dass du dazu besondere Umstände schaffen musst.
4. Wenn der Vergleich schmerzt
Vor einigen Monaten war einer meiner Fitness-Kurse nicht gut besucht. Ich bemerkte, wie alte negative Gedanken in mir aufstiegen, als ich sah, dass ein Kollege viel mehr Teilnehmer in seiner Lektion hatte.
Mir war sofort klar, dass dies eine Gelegenheit zum Üben war und fühlte bewusst die aufkommenden Gefühle von Minderwertigkeit, Traurigkeit, Eifersucht und Machtlosigkeit.
Durch die spirituelle Praxis der 6 Schritte zur Freiheit konnte ich die Überzeugung finden, die diese Gefühle wählte, und diese korrigieren.
Indem ich mich daran erinnerte, dass die Anzahl der Teilnehmer nichts über meinen Wert aussagt, konnte ich sofort wieder zu meinem inneren Frieden zurückkehren – und die Situation war erledigt.
5. Alte Gedanken – neue Reaktionen
Unsere alten Ideen sind so gut einstudiert, dass wir unbewusst und automatisch auf Situationen reagieren – und so gibt es jeden Tag unzählige kleine (und manchmal auch große) Aufreger, die uns aus der Fassung bringen. Jeder davon ist eine perfekte Gelegenheit zu üben.
6. Übung macht den Unterschied
Und so übe ich während des Tages bei allen möglichen Themen, das anzuwenden, was ich gelernt habe. Das macht einen großen Unterschied in meiner Lebensqualität.
